Notice for the students of the 37th batch
The repeat exam for the 37th batch is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2021.
Due to the prevailing COVID 19 pandemic situation, you are required to be vaccinated.
If hostel facilities are provided, you are kindly requested to follow the following rules and regulations.
1. You are requested to come to the hostels two weeks before the commencing date of the exam.
2. Once you come to the hostels, you are not permitted to go home until the end of the exam.
3. You will be accommodated in hostels in a student per room basis.
4. You are not allowed to mix with the students who are currently staying in the hostels
5. You are requested to strictly adhere to COVID preventive measures at all times.
6. If you go to the hospital for clinical appointments, you are requested to strictly follow COVID preventive measures and wear PPE as other final year students.
