Inaugural Inter-Medical Faculty Debating Championship- 2023
It is with utmost pleasure that I write to you regarding our new initiative, the Inter-Medical Faculty Debating Championship-2023, organized by the English Literary Association of the Faculty of Medical Sciences at University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
The tournament is scheduled for the 26th, 27th of August and 3rd of September 2023 and is open to undergraduates from all medical faculties across the country. The online registrations deadline is set for the 12th of August 2023.
Day 01 and Day 02 (Preliminary rounds) will be hosted via zoom online platform while Day 03 (Semifinals and finals) is planned to be held at the faculty premises. The competition will be followed by an Awards Ceremony in appreciation of the winners.
I would be grateful if you could grant permission and inform your students on this regard.
We anticipate participation from all state medical faculties across the country, creating an environment of healthy competition and camaraderie among future medical professionals.
