Dear Students,
I assume that as medical students all of
you appreciate the seriousness of situation we are facing at the moment.
One irresponsible act might lead to devastating consequences! It is
disheartening to observe that few students are behaving dangerously, not
abiding by the guidelines to which are familiar to the all responsible
citizens in the country. I have photographs of you taking meals in
groups sharing the same lunch packet. This happens in the campus ground
and in the canteen and I am sure in the hostels as well.
I
hope that the students will not misbehave in the future. if they don’t
change, as the Dean I will have to take severe disciplinary actions
against those group of students for the safety of others.
And I am sure entire staff will help me to stop this stupid and murderous behavior.
Quoting Buddha from the Sedaka Sutta in Anguttara Nikaya
“By protecting oneself one protect others. By protecting others one protects one self”;
And that is the only way to defeat Covid.
