Dear all,
Please note that the Faculty of Medicine will start a COVID call Centre on 2/09/
2021. This is established under the guidance of Vice Chancellor on request made by
the Ministry of Health. Final year medical students will take an active part in the
process under supervision on roster basis. There will be three students doing the
shift with a doctor and there will be 4 shifts a day 3 five hour shifts and a night shift of
9 hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
There will be a training session on tomorrow morning (2/09/2021) at 8 am so you are
requested to attend to clinical appointments.
Students will have to do a shift once in 10 days and the students who are doing
appointments at TH Mahamodara will not participate in this due to practical
difficulties.
The rosters will be sent to each department for their information to excuse the
students.
Please note that training session which will be held in the auditorium at 8.00 am.
